Got sleep

As teenagers were actually supposed to be getting 10 hours of sleep. Most of us don’t even get 8 hours of sleep some way less. Sleep is important because our body’s and brain need a break, some time to rest and recuperate. If you don’t get enough sleep you will be really irritable, miserable and you will have no energy to do anything. A day with not enough sleep will be a horrible day.
